What’s Happening Now
In October 2026, Steve Tobin unveiled STEVE TOBIN: IN THE LIGHT, a monumental outdoor exhibition at Tyler Arboretum in Media, Pennsylvania. Featuring more than 50 sculptures across 24 unique sites, the yearlong exhibition transforms Tyler’s 650-acre landscape into an extraordinary meeting of art and nature.
From towering Steel Roots reaching 30 feet into the sky to intricate Bronze Roots and reflective Clouds, Tobin’s sculptures reveal the beauty, movement, and hidden strength of the natural world. Installed throughout Tyler’s gardens, meadows, and woodlands, the works invite visitors to explore familiar landscapes from entirely new perspectives.
On view through October 2027, STEVE TOBIN: IN THE LIGHT marks the artist’s first major exhibition in his native Philadelphia region. The exhibition is included with regular Tyler Arboretum admission.
